Welcome to Bags N Heels GH. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you shop.
Using Our Site
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order with us (generally, 18 years or older). You log in using your phone number and a one-time code (OTP) — you're responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure, since it's how orders and account changes are authorised.
Products & Pricing
Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and may change at any time without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product photos, descriptions, and stock levels, but occasionally an item may sell out or a listing may contain an error — if that happens after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed through Paystack (Mobile Money or card). We do not see or store your full payment details — that's handled directly by Paystack. You'll receive an SMS confirming your order once payment goes through.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Ghana. The delivery fee (typically 40–70 GHS) is confirmed separately after your order is placed, based on your location, and is not included in the item price shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are communicated to you directly and are not guaranteed, as they depend on your location and our delivery partners.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy.
Reviews & Content You Submit
Only customers who've received a delivered order for a product may leave a review for it. By submitting a review, rating, or photo, you confirm it's honest and your own, and you give us permission to display it on our site. We may remove any review that's abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the product.
Promotions & Promo Codes
Promo codes and discounts are subject to the specific conditions shown at the time (minimum order value, expiry date, usage limits). We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our site — including placing fraudulent orders, attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, or scraping/copying our content or product data without permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our logo, product photography, and written descriptions — belongs to Bags N Heels GH and may not be reused without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to get every order right, but to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our site or products beyond the value of your order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
