Privacy Policy

Bags N Heels GH ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information We Collect

  • Phone number — used to create your account and log in via a one-time code (OTP). We never ask for or store a password.
  • Delivery details — your name, phone number, delivery address, and region, so we can fulfil and deliver your orders.
  • Order history — the products, quantities, and prices of orders you place.
  • Reviews — the rating, comment, and optional photo you choose to submit for a product you've purchased.
  • Wishlist and cart items — saved to your account (or your device, if you're not logged in) so your selections persist between visits.

We do not collect or store your card or Mobile Money details — payments are processed directly by Paystack, and we never see or store your full payment information.
